Organization Feature Has Been Released!

Scinapse has released its new “Organization” feature, making collaborative research smoother and more efficient than ever.

Q1. What's the purpose behind the Organization feature, and why is it developed?

A: The "Organization" feature enables teams or companies to manage subscriptions, invites, and payments from a single dashboard. We created it to meet the needs of large, fast-growing research teams using Scinapse. By simplifying management and billing, it helps ease the challenges users often face with complex organizational needs.

Q2. What are its standout benefits?

A: The dashboard allows administrators to easily monitor subscription status and efficiently manage team members. With frequent team changes, admins can quickly respond to new team members or departures, helping organizations stay agile.

Q3. What specific features are available, and what’s in the pipeline?

Current features include

  • Customizable Permissions: Roles are divided into Owner and Member for flexible team management. Owners can invite, remove, and manage members, with the option to assign multiple Owners for shared responsibilities.
  • Usage Monitoring for Admins: Owners (admins) can track or monitor Scinapse usage from various angles to support effective team management.
  • Bulk Member Invitations: For large organizations, we offer bulk-invite options via CSV files. Please contact us for assistance. :)

Upcoming features include

  • Collaborative Features Within the Organization: Team members can review, duplicate, and update collected data on shared topics, such as research papers and trends.
  • Enhanced Usage Insights for Admins: Organization admins can monitor Scinapse usage from various perspectives to support team management. Data such as the number of document views and usage hours will also be provided.

Q4. Then, how can I access this feature?

A: Sign up for Scinapse, click [Profile] → [Organization tab] at the top right, and upgrade to Pro. For larger teams or special requirements, use the [Contact Us] button on the same page for quick assistance.

With the newly added organization feature, you can now boost efficiency by sharing ongoing projects and reviewing various papers and authors all in one place.
